Our refund and returns policy is simple and adheres to Australian Consumer law.
We will give you a full refund within 7 days of delivery if the unit does not live up to your expectations. The unit must be in as new condition, with original packaging and installed software.
After 7 days, if the unit does not perform as described, we will guarantee to fix or replace the unit. If the unit performs as described and you change your mind then you need to contact us for a suitable resolution.
We guarantee our devices for 12 months. This includes plug packs and power supplies.
As all our units allow for almost infinite configuration settings, we cannot guarantee that your unit’s software will perform as required. Our guarantee covers the hardware only.
We are always ready to assist you in the commissioning process, however this usually attracts a fee after the first consult.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to the original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.
